Thank you for shopping with LASHINATE. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders may not be processed on weekends or bank holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK):

We offer standard and tracked shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or the chosen courier. LASHINATE is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is included with your shipping method, your tracking number will be provided in this email.


Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your address details are entered correctly at checkout. LASHINATE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Delayed Parcels:

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will assist where possible, but we must follow the courier’s investigation process. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels are only issued once the courier confirms the parcel cannot be located.


Damaged Parcels:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or provide further assistance.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
