Refunds and Returns Policy

At LASHINATE, we are committed to providing high-quality lash tools and accessories. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns:

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or handled.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the fault. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tweezers, used lash tools, or any product showing signs of wear. Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.


How to Start a Return:

Email us at info@lashinate.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will send you the return address and next steps.
